DEVELOPMENT OF THE OPTIMUM CONSTRUCTIVE OPTION TO REDUCE ENERGY LOSSES IN SUCKER ROD PUMPS

In the presented article, cases of reduction pump efficiency as a result back leakage liquid from annular partitions in plunger-cylinder pair sucker rod pumps are considered, and availability various methods to prevent this is shown. Mathematical equations were obtained minimize energy losses by analytical method, based on this, optimal design option was proposed. Keywords: gas, resistance coefficient, Reynolds number, piping, plunger, cylinder, pump, metric thread.
